“My grandfather originally partnered with two businessmen from Ohio, so this move is really building on our roots,” said CEO Walter Brant. “We’re committed to this community. Our new fill plant in Ohio will provide products for the Dayton market. Manufacturing our product locally allows our customers the flexibility to compete and thrive in today’s business world.”
The Dayton location has been operating for about a month with its four employees, said store manager Terry Davies. There will also be a grand opening sometime in October.

The company that was founded in 1915 now serves five states from 12 branches in Indiana and Ohio.
“We didn’t decide upon the Dayton market to simply continue fueling expansion,” Brant said. “We came to Dayton because we felt that there was no one left in that market who shared a similar outlook on business.”
