Indiana Man Sentenced in Death Of Ansonia Man

A Randolph County Circuit Judge Wednesday morning sentenced Terry Durbin, 54, of New Carlisle, Ind., to 60 years in prison for the October 31, 2009, death of Patrick Cheadle of Ansonia, Ohio.

Cheadle's body was found stuffed in his van parked on Elm Street in Greenville the evening of Nov. 3, 2009. Cheadle was shot once in the head.

Last month, a jury, following a week-long trial, found Durbin guilty of felony murder and robbery. The jury deliberated for six hours.

A co-defendant was to go on trial on Nov. 15, but a continuance was granted. A new trial date for David W. Mizner is yet to be set.
