ITT students file federal lawsuit

ITT Tech announced in September it would close all of its Ohio locations. Students have since tried to transfer their credits to Wright State and the University of Dayton but have been unsuccessful.

More than 500 students who attended ITT Technical Institute recently filed a class action lawsuit because their credits would not transfer to another college.
