The city plans to sell the land for about $40,000 an acre to Spikeit LCC, “an experienced operator of indoor/outdoor volleyball facilities” in the Cincinnati area,” according to West Carrollton records.
The company is applying for a liquor license, according to city documents.
The proposal is scheduled to be considered by West Carrollton City Council when it meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The former Fraser and Ahlstrom mill sites include more than 60 acres that have been vacant since being demolished in 2014 and 2015, respectively, after being deeded to the city.
The proposal by Spikeit comes after West Carrollton hired a Columbus firm last year to study the best uses for the property in the West Central Avenue corridor.
