The new restaurant, owned by Hari Verma, seats about 135 and will open with about 30 employees, Curry & Grill General Manager Angie Cohorn told this news outlet. It will be open daily for lunch and dinner, and offers a lunch buffet.
Cohorn and Shahzan Kabir, the restaurant’s chef who honed his skills in England for 20 years, said all dishes are made fresh to order. The menu includes several curry and biryani dishes as well as specialties from the Tandoor oven, with chicken, lamb, seafood, goat and vegetarian options. Tandoor oven entrees include Lobster saute, Lamb Boti Kabob and Grilled Quail. Naan and other specialty breads as well as desserts are available.

Curry & Grill serves fine wines and cocktails, and is working to secure a license to serve beer, Cohorn said.

Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Dinner hours are 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
