It is a revived plan first put forth last decade before being shelved after the downturn in the housing market, according to the city. The initial plan approved by the city about 12 years ago called for more than 200 homes, according to Miamisburg Development Director Chris Fine.

The revised proposal includes about 21 acres of open space with lots averaging about 7,400 square feet with homes ranging in size from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet, according to the city.
The development would have two access points from Benner Road near Mound Road, according to city records.
