Niche has released its 2015 local rankings and only one Dayton-area suburb is in the top 20 of best suburbs in Ohio.

Beavercreek came in ranked as Dayton's top suburb, ranked No. 19 statewide, in the ranking that takes into account a number of quality of life categories. Beavercreek received an A rating from Niche for its things to do, education and community.

Beavercreek is home to The Greene and the Mall at Fairfield Commons. More than 45,000  residents live in the suburb that was incorporated in 1980. In 2013 Census figures, Beavercreek's household income is nearly $28,000 more than the statewide average at $76,162.

According to Census figures, Beavercreek is one of the area's best educated communities with nearly 50 percent of its adult population with at least a four-year college degree.

Cincinnati-area suburb Mariemont took the website's top honors as best suburb in Ohio. It was followed by three Columbus-area suburbs. Cincinnati had five of the state's top 10 suburbs, Columbus had four and Cleveland had one.

Other Dayton suburbs ranked in the top 50 in Ohio are: No. 22 Centerville, No. 29 Bellbrook, No. 33 Kettering and No. 35 Sugarcreek Township.
