The Springboro Board of Education called another special meeting, two weeks after placing the district superintendent on paid leave.

The meeting is apparently a continuation of closed-door session deliberations, two weeks ago that ended with Superintendent Dan Schroer being placed on paid leave.

“We’ll be able to issue a statement, provided board action is taken at the conclusion of Executive Session on Friday,”

Scott Marshall, the district’s communications coordinator for the district said in an email this morning.

The school board is scheduled to go into executive session at 8 a.m. Friday, exactly two weeks after a closed-door session that ended with a vote to put Schroer on paid leave.
