Wright State, UD to graduate more than 2,045 students Saturday

Thousands of students will move their tassel to the left on Saturday in the Miami Valley.

Both Wright State University and University of Dayton will hold their fall commencement ceremonies on Saturday.

Wright State's ceremony is set to begin at 10 a.m. at the Nutter Center. Tickets to the event are required, and can be purchased at wright.edu.com.

The WSU graduating class includes 925 bachelor’s degrees, 452 master’s degrees, 47 doctoral degrees and 16 associate degrees, according to a WSU release. The class features 132 international students from 20 different countries. India boasts the largest number of foreign graduates, with 63.

Tickets are not required to the UD ceremony at the University of Dayton Arena. The program is set to begin at 9:45 a.m.

A total of 645 UD students will graduate on Saturday, with 358 undergrad degrees, 264 master’s degrees and 23 doctoral degrees.
