Wade, a well-known local insurance agent, has yet to file petitions pulled on May 31. However, he indicated he would file on Tuesday.

The deadline to file for the Nov. 7 election is 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Four years ago, with Oda’s backing, Muterspaw topped the results in his first run for township trustee with 4,115 or 30.8 percent of the 13,357 votes cast.
Wade was second and retained his seat with 3,434 votes, or 25.7 percent.
Oda has never run for trustee but is in her third term as township fiscal officer and second as county recorder.

Her husband, Donald Oda II, is a Warren County Common Pleas Court judge.
If Oda and Muterspaw won, they would make up a new majority on the three-person board. Jason Gabbard is the other trustee.
