Mother of fatal shooting victim says she warned son about violence just minutes before his death
Troopers stopped Troxell for an alleged speed violation on Ohio 129 and detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, investigators said.
Troopers found more than three pounds of marijuana and more than 27 grams of hash in the vehicles, OSP said.
Detectives said the drugs had an estimated street value of $14,550.
