AirTran Airlines opens Dayton-Denver nonstop flights

Airport officials expect travelers in one part of southwest Ohio to gain new air links to the West Coast.

AirTran Airways said it will offer nonstop service between Dayton and Denver beginning next June. Dayton aviation officials told our partners at the Dayton Daily that more connections will become available to West Coast cities as AirTran and Southwest Airlines continue meshing their flight networks.
