Officers responded to the Dollar Tree at 2198 North Gettysburg Avenue around 9:40 a.m. after employees reported the robbery.

Initial reports indicate a man entered the store, displayed a gun, and demanded cash before fleeing the area on foot.
Thursday’s robbery is the latest in a string of armed robberies at dollar stores in the area. It was not immediately known if today’s robbery is related to the other incidents.
