Beavercreek City Council meeting
WHEN: 6 p.m. tonight
WHERE: City hall, second floor, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek
An upscale apartment complex in Beavercreek is planning to expand this summer, according to city documents.
The developer for the Village at Stone Falls, Oberer Construction Managers, is planning to build 100 units on Lakeview Drive west of the Stone Falls multi-family complex.
The Stones Falls II apartments, a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, will include an attached garage, a private patio or balcony and a large kitchen with breakfast bar.
“These units tend to be bigger than what is currently being built in today’s market and are similar in size to the existing Stones Falls,” wrote Gregory A. Smith of Oberer Construction in a letter to the city planning commission.
Stone Falls II residents will have access to the pool, clubhouse and other amenities in the Stone Falls.
Beavercreek City Council will hold a public hearing related to the proposed development project during tonight’s city council meeting.
After the hearing, the council will vote on the rezoning application. A final vote on the application is expected on May 26.
