Boil Advisory lifted for Jefferson Regional Water Authority customers

The Jefferson Regional Water Authority has announced that the water boil advisory has been lifted, and that its customers are able to use and consume their water in a normal fashion.

The JRWA provides water in Jefferson, Miami and Jackson townships, as well as Germantown, Trotwood, West Carrollton, Moraine and Miamisburg.

INITIAL REPORT:

A boil advisory has been issued for some Jefferson Regional Water Authority customers.

Customers are advised to boil water for at least 5 minutes to ensure it’s safe for consumption.

This advisory will remain in effect until further notice.

If anyone received a phone call regarding this advisory but the road isn’t listed, that area is not included in the advisory.
