Court records allege Lewis was shot and killed trying to break up an argument on the front porch of a home on South Broadway Street.

Johnson, the alleged shooter, fired two shots, hitting Lewis and another person, records show.

Johnson was later shot himself in the arm after rounds were fired towards him after the initial shooting, court documents state.
