The Starbucks at 1003 S. Main St. (Ohio 48) just south of Spring Valley Pike in Centerville has shut down temporarily for renovations.

The store was a beehive of activity this morning, with multiple electrical and plumbing contractors’ trucks nearly filling the parking lot. A banner alerts customers of the closing, suggesting they visit the nearby location at 9500 N. Springboro Pike (Ohio 741). For those who are willing to get out of their cars to order their coffee, however, there is a Starbucks shop inside the Kroger store at 1095 S. Main St. — in the same block as the store undergoing renovations.

We are working to get more information from Starbucks officials about how long the store is expected to remain closed during the renovation project.
