Connersville parent files lawsuit against Jared Fogle

A Connersville parent has filed a civil lawsuit against Jared Fogle, Rusell Taylor and Angela Taylor, claiming the three are responsible for photographing and distributing nude photos of their minor daughter.

According to court documents, the family says on several occasions between March 2011 and Jan. 30, 2015 the minor was filmed using hidden cameras at the Taylor residence. The lawsuit claims “multiple hidden cameras concealed in clock radios” captured the girl “changing clothes, showering, bathing or engaging in other personal and private activities not intended to be observed or viewed by others.”

According to the lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court Southern District of Indiana, Jared Fogle received the nude images and videos captured by Russell Taylor were sent to the former Subway spokesman.

The family is suing Fogle and the Taylor’s for damages. The family is suing Fogle and the Taylors for at least $150,000 in damages to include civil remedy for personal injury, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and negligence, according to documents.

The family also has requested a jury trial for the case.
