Construction begins on facility for service dogs

A non-profit organization that trains service dogs that are used to assist children, 4 Paws For Ability, is planning to build a new $2.7 million facility in Xenia in June.

The 12,934-foot-facility will include state-of-the-art dog kennels, puppy pens, puppy play areas, whelping rooms, a dog wash/grooming station, climate-controlled storage for food, a surgical suite, staff offices and a lounge.
