According to the order congregate areas in restaurants, bars and banquet and catering facilities can resume dancing, card playing, billiards, pinball games, video games, arcade games and entertainment as long as social distancing and sanitation guidelines are followed.
When the order was initially issued, all congregate spaces not used for food and beverage preparation and service were closed.
The amended order maintains that parties should stay at least 6 feet away from others and that high-touch surfaces should be cleaned frequently.
The amended order was signed by then Ohio Department of Health Director Amy Acton on June 5.

Acton announced her resignation Thursday, but will continue to serve as Gov. Mike DeWine’s chief health advisor.
Starting Thursday, Lance Himes assumed duties as the interim health director.
