>> Coronavirus: Hundreds in line at Foodbank as more people laid off
On Monday, more than 150 cars were in line for the pantry by 1 p.m. and on Wednesday, the line stretched down Germantown Street, prompting a police response to help control traffic.
With more people losing work as businesses close down due to coronavirus, the Foodbank is seeing more and more people in need.

Lee Lauren Truesdale, chief development officer at the Foodbank, said the organization is serving about 400 households per day at the drive through.
“We’re seeing more new families, more new people as people continue to get laid off,” Truesdale said.
The Ohio National Guard has been helping the Foodbank this past week, packing boxes, distributing food and helping control traffic.
