Marion Miller died Monday at Upper Valley Medical Center, where he had been a patient in the pulmonary care unit, Miami County Coroner Dr. William Ginn said.
Miller’s death marked the 12th in the county connected to the coronavirus pandemic.
There are now 101 confirmed Miami County cases with 37 hospitalizations, according to Ohio Department of Health data.

On Monday, three more deaths were reported that are linked to a cluster of cases involving patients and staff at Koester Pavilion in Troy and SpringMeade Health Center in Tipp City.
The 11 patient deaths linked to the nursing homes include four men and three women Koester Pavilion who ranged in age from 93 to 63. There were three men and one woman at SpringMeade, ranging in age from 90 to 85.

In Darke County, where 27 cases are associated with Greenville Health and Rehabilitation, deaths were reported for each of the last three days, with six total.
No new cases or deaths were reported Tuesday.
