Air show organizers say they get continuous weather updates leading up to the event.
During the show, those updates are more frequent, so they know in advance if steps need to be taken to keep the crowd and performers safe or if those performers need to adjust their acts.

Organizers also say that with the recent severe weather we’ve seen, including the Memorial Day tornadoes, they’re prepared to transition to an emergency plan if necessary.
The show starts at 9 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday at the Dayton International Airport and we’ll have coverage all weekend.
