Dayton Children’s opens urgent care in Huber Heights

Dayton Children’s Hospital opened an urgent care center in Huber Heights Thursday making it the only pediatric urgent care in the region, according to hospital officials.

The new center is fully staffed by board-certified pediatricians and is located at 8501 Old Troy Pike.

According to Dayton Children’s, the center will provide treatment for minor illnesses and injuries such as, sore throat, mild allergic reactions, a suspected sprain or broken bone, cuts and minor animal and infected bug bites.
