Police had the house under surveillance based on several citizen complaints about suspected drug activity.
After observing a drug transaction completed by Cunningham, officers approached the buyer and were able to get Cunningham's information.
Police retrieved fentanyl from the buyer and issued him a summons into court.
Later, officers commenced the sting operation in which they pretended to buy drugs from Cunningham.
Officers then searched the house on East Third and arrested Agee on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug abuse instruments. He is due in court July 10, according to online court records.
Cunningham, booked into jail on charges of drug trafficking and possession, is not listed on the Montgomery County Jail, a check of the roster on Friday night shows.

Police were told by the owner of the house that Cunningham lived there. After searching his room, police found more fentanyl caps and a handgun.
