Deputies investigate after student brings knife to West Milton school

A Milton-Union schools student brought a kitchen steak knife to school Monday, according to a Miami County Sheriff’s Office incident report.

Deputies responded to the school after school officials reported that a sixth grade student may have brought a knife to school, according to our news partners at WHIO.

Deputies and West Milton police discovered the knife and took the student into custody.
