Officers found various amounts of heroin, cocaine and about three ounces of marijuana, according to the report.
The search warrant was obtained by the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center as part of an investigation into dogfighting.
On Tuesday, the ARC seized five mixed-breed dogs on Brightwood Avenue and Helena Street. The dogs had various injuries on their heads, legs and bite marks consistent with dogs being forced to fight, according to ARC Director Mark Kumpf.
Two of the dogs were seriously injured and had to be euthanized. The other three are being cared for at the animal shelter.
