Kelly Lewber, 47, was treated at the scene and released before deputies took her into custody on the charge accusing her of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, according to the sheriff’s office.
According to the preliminary investigation, a black Infiniti FX35 was headed southeast on 49, just south of Oakes Road, when the crash occurred about 7:40 p.m. The vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and hit the pole before ending up on its side, according to the sheriff’s office.
