Police responded to the intersection of Wolf Creek Pike and state Route 49 in Trotwood around 7 a.m. after the crash was initially reported.
A preliminary investigation found the vehicle went off the right side of the road and ended up in the creek. Potential factors in the crash were not released.
Tow crews remained on the scene after 8 a.m. attempting to remove the SUV from the creek.
