Drivers injured in head-on collision on County Road 25A in Troy

Charges are pending as the investigation continues into the head-on collision near the WACO Air Museum & Aviation Center on County Road-25A in Troy Wednesday evening, a Miami County Sheriff’s sergeant said.

The crash, involving two vehicles, was reported around 5:45 p.m., per initial reports.

The sergeant said the driver of a small dark car lost control of the vehicle, went left of center and hit an oncoming pickup truck. Speeding is suspected, he said.

Both drivers are male, he said, and their conditions were not known. CareFlight was called to take both to Miami Valley Hospital.
