Police in Dayton seized drugs and made an arrest Monday morning in an ongoing investigation that could lead to further suspects and more illegal drugs.

Danny R. Wade, 57, is being held on felony drug possession and a weapons charge in the Montgomery County Jail.

Wade was arrested during a raid of a property in the 4200 block of Redonda Lane where various amounts of cocaine, marijuana and pharmaceutical medications were seized, according to Sgt. John Sullivan, supervisor of the Dayton police drug enforcement unit.

Further details are not being released as the ongoing investigation could lead to more arrests, Sullivan said.
