I-70 east ramp to I-75 north reopens after semi rolls onto its side

The I-70 east ramp to I-75 north in Bulter Twp. had reopened after a semi-truck rolled onto its side Friday morning.

The driver of the semi will be cited with failure to control, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Speed is believed to have played a role in the crash.

The incident was first reported around 7:37 a.m. No injuries were reported and the semi was the only vehicle involved according to OSHP dispatchers.

The incident closed the ramp for nearly three hours.
