• Bullet Writing Basics – This course is designed to give skills needed to effectively start writing bullets: how to start a bullet and structure it in the appropriate format, along with tips and tricks for first-timers.

• Burnout and Stress Management – When someone experiences stress or when stress lasts too long, it can be harmful; burnout is one possible outcome.

• Civilian Force Development Opportunities – The 88 FSS/FSDE Workforce Development section briefs on the various aspects and options of workforce development from the Air Force Personnel Center level down to the Wright-Patterson AFB level.

• So, You Want to Get Promoted – Join for a discussion on key things needed to move forward in one’s career, no matter what grade or series. Learn some tricks of the trade and get a firsthand perspective on what hiring panels are looking for in their workforce.

• Stress Less – This class discusses different types of stress, and the short- and long-term effects it has on bodies. Three stress management techniques of focusing, calming and balanced living practices will be reviewed so class members leave feeling more empowered to manage their stress.

• 8-Step Problem Solving – This class provides military and civilian personnel with a basic knowledge of the 8-Step Problem Solving Process. This process is becoming the standard methodology for addressing problems and opportunities for improvement; small groups work through each step of the process using an interactive exercise.

• Taking Control of Email – This class provides the basic information required to set up a formal email/task management system. Common productivity traps and solutions will be discussed.

• Understanding Your Individual Development Plan – What’s in your IDP? Do you know what your developmental goals are? Do you know what your functional goals are? If this is like a foreign language to you and you want to take control of your developmental success, this is the course for you.
