A woman is dead after a crash on Interstate 71 near South Lebanon, a release from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said. Two vehicles were involved in the crash and at least one person was reported trapped.
Golden Martin, 73, of Moraine, was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver and passenger in the other vehicle were transported to a local hospital.

Scanner traffic indicated the collision may have been head-on, but the release did not have any additional information about the crash, as it is still under investigation by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
