All of Mr. O’Connor’s personal belongings, including his cell phone, were left at his residence.
None of his family has had contact with him since Tuesday morning. His vehicle was located on Eagle City Road in Clark County. It was unoccupied.
James is 5 feet 5 inches tall, approximately 136 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.
What he was last wearing is not known.
