DETAILED FORECAST
Overnight: Skies will clear, but it will remain humid with overnight lows around the middle 70s, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

Saturday: Sunny skies and hot with high temperatures in the mid-90s, but the heat index will rise to around 110 degrees. There's a slight chance for a few pop-up storms.
Sunday: It'll be partly cloudy and hot again as highs reach in the mid-90s, but the heat index continues to rise into the low 100s. Showers and storms are likely to develop from the north into the afternoon and evening. A few storms may be strong to severe with gusty winds, heavy downpours, lightning and hail.

Monday: Seasonable weather returns for the start of the workweek with mostly cloudy skies. Showers and a few storms will return by the evening as highs peak in the lower 80s.
