Williams has pleaded not guilty to a public indecency charge, according to Fairborn Municipal Court.
Fairborn police took a report from employees at the restaurant that Williams had exposed himself and was performing a sex act on himself in the restaurant. The responding officer noted in the report that when he arrived, the suspect’s penis was exposed and the suspect told him he must have left his pants unzipped after going to the bathroom.

This news outlet obtained the 911 call through a public records request. The caller was an employee of the restaurant and told the dispatcher the suspect was sitting in a booth near the entrance and was doing the sex act under the table whenever he thought no one was looking.
Fairborn police also released the 911 call from the previous day, in which Williams is suspected of exposing himself while inside an apartment. The suspect was going door-to-door with a woman and selling reduced energy rates, according to the caller.
“It was a gentleman and a woman. They came inside trying to give their energy spill,” the caller told the dispatcher. “They left. He came back and wanted to use the restroom and his **** was out of his pants when he came out and my girlfriend was home alone.”
According to Xenia Municipal Court records, Williams was convicted of public indecency on Jan. 17 stemming from his arrest by Xenia police in November.
Williams was going door-to-door representing himself as selling reduced rates on energy bills for an energy company, when he was allowed in to an apartment on Bellbrook Avenue, according to the Xenia police report.
The 22-year-old woman who lived there told police Williams discussed the product he was selling for approximately 15 minutes, then he fumbled with his pants and she noticed his penis was exposed, according to the report.
The victim told Williams to leave, and she reported seeing him go to other apartments in the area, according to the report.

When police responded to her apartment, the officer tracked down another person going door-to-door, who contacted Williams and advised him to return to the Bellbrook Avenue area, according to the report. Williams returned and told the officer he had lunch at Taco Bell and used the restroom and he must have left his pants unzipped, according to the report.
Williams was put on probation with a suspended 30-day jail sentence, but after his arrest in Fairborn his probation was revoked and he must now serve the jail time on the misdemeanor conviction, according to court records.
Fairborn Municipal Judge Beth W. Cappelli has ordered Williams to undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine his sanity at the time of the alleged offense and to determine whether he is competent to stand trial, according to court records.
The energy company that Williams purportedly was selling for said Williams has never been an employee of the company, nor was he conducting sales for the company through a third party.
