A Montgomery County grand jury on Thursday returned a multiple-count indictment accusing Fowler, 46, on charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, contributing to the unruliness of a child and attempting to commit tampering with evidence.

According to Clay Twp. police, Fowler exchanged illicit photos involving at least four girls he met at the part. All four are in middle school.

Fowler remains in the county jail. He is scheduled to be in court Jan. 21.
