TEMPERATURES:
It will be chilly tonight. Even though temperatures climb into the low 60s during the day, by the time trick-or-treat starts, temperatures will be falling through the 40s. With the strong wind, the wind chill will likely be in the 30s.
AFFECTS:
Keep an umbrella handy just in case.
Wear warm shoes or rain boots since the grass and sidewalks will be wet.
Wear layers for costumes. It will feel more like winter with the wind.
Bring a flashlight since it will get dark quickly with the limited moonlight.
