Help Troy police identify, catch a shoe thief

The Troy Police Department needs the public’s help to identify a shoe thief.

On May 17 around 6:30 p.m., a man entered a local store, took off his black size 9 Nike flip flop sandals and put on a pair of black size 9 Nike Air Max Axis shows. He then put his sandals on a shelf and left the store without paying for the new shoes.

The suspect is described as mostly bald with a small amount of hair around his head and appears to have a mustache. He has a watch on his left wrist, some kind of bracelet on his right wrist, and star tattoos on each hand between the thumb and pointer finger that’s the size of a silver dollar.
