An eye-witness said that the person was driving the silver car and ran down Catalpa Drive after the crash.
The other driver involved was the one hospitalized, according to the eye-witness.

One person was taken to Grandview Medical Center after a crash on Catalpa Drive and W Fairview Avenue, according to Montgomery County Dispatch.
Dispatchers said that a medic was requested to the crash.
