Curbside tax assistance started Monday at the city’s tax division, 6232 Chambersburg Road.
To participate, go to the tax division office and call 937-237-2976 from your vehicle. Give your name, phone number and make and color of the vehicle you’re in. Assistance will be provided in order calls are received.
Have your picture ID and tax documents ready for a worker to come out and verify.
The worker will put everything in an envelope, bring the paperwork into the office and give it to a tax technician to complete.

Once finished, the tax technician will call you to discuss the return or any balance that is. Any balance isn’t due until July 15. The paperwork will then be returned to your car. The worker will re-verity your identity with your ID, then have you sign the return and give all copies to you.
To prepare a return, tax technicians need a copy of the following:
• All -W-2s for 2019
• Federal 1040 Page 1 and Schedule 1 (anyone who is unsure should bring a complete 1040)
• Federal Schedules A, C, E, F, K-1 and 4797 (if applicable)
• 1099 Miscellaneous
• W-2-G (gambling winnings)
• Copes of other local tax returns or refund requests that you’ve filed
