Another Broken Egg Cafe, which has operated a restaurant in Austin Landing since late 2014, opened its second Dayton-area location in January. The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
The new restaurant is located in the former LaRosa’s Pizza restaurant space at 2453 Esquire Drive in Beavercreek. LaRosa’s operated in that space from 2004 until shutting down in March 2018.

“The time is right,” Another Broken Egg franchisee Mike Craddick said. “And Beavercreek is a place I want to be.”
Craddick said the restaurant seats about 160 and employs 45.
“The first location for Another Broken Egg Cafe in Austin Landing has been a successful venture,” Craddick said in a release. Plans call for adding more Dayton-area locations after the Beavercreek restaurant opens, although no new sites have been selected, the franchisee said.

“We’ll go slow and steady,” Craddick said.
Another Broken Egg serves breakfast, brunch and lunch with a Southern-inspired menu that includes cocktails. It operates 60 locations in 12 states, with many more locations under development.
