“Greene Oaks’ consolidation into the CareRite Centers family and Kettering Health Network’s continued relationship with CareRite Centers will preserve access to vital healthcare services in the community. We are confident CareRite Centers will continue to provide the great care that residents of Greene Oaks and the Xenia community have come to expect,” Wally Sackett, president of Sycamore Medical Center and the executive for Kettering Health Network’s Senior Division, said in a statement.

CareRite states on its website that the 164 Office Park Drive facility has long term and short term care services, like orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, skilled nursing and a veterans program.
The real estate sold Aug. 11 for $7.5 million, according to Greene County property records.
