Local lawyer to be administrator for Takoda Collins’ estate

The investigations into what all happened prior to Collins’ death are still ongoing.

Police said the 10-year-old was abused, isolated and even raped before his death.

The process for Brannon to be appointed administrator on Collins’ estate began earlier this month and hearings have taken place.

A probate judge reviewed the case and approved Brannon’s appointment Tuesday.

The 10-year-old has no known assets to distribute, but Brannon may be able to take legal action on behalf of the estate.
