A local school principal agreed to kiss a pig if students raised enough money during a Penny War fundraiser.

Chip Holloway, Wright Brothers Elementary principal, kissed a pig Tuesday afternoon after students raised $1,500 pennies.

Second grade students brought in the most pennies and also won a pizza party.

Wright Brothers Elementary PTO sponsor the fundraiser, and the money raised goes toward an annual gift to the school for items such as portable basketball hoops, extra tables, new gym and playground equipment, and more.

The PTO will decide what the money will be used for over winter.
