Mad River Schools offering free meals to children this summer

Mad River Local Schools will be offering free meals to children over the summer as part of the Summer Food Service Program.

Meals will be provided on a first come, first serve basis Monday through Friday at the following times and sites:

From June 3 to July 26 (no lunch will be served on July 4 and 5):

  • Beverly Gardens Elementary, 5555 Enright Ave., from 11:15 to 11:45 a.m.
  • Rohrer Park, Rohrer Blvd. and Pleasant Valley, from 1 to 1:30 p.m.
  • Overlook Homes (Community Center), 61 Colin Kelly Drive, from 1 to 1:30 p.m.

From June 3 to July 3:

  • Virginia Stevenson Elementary (back lawn), 805 Harshman Road, from 11 to 11:15 a.m.
  • Stebbins High School, 1900 Harshman Road, from 11 to 11:30 a.m.
