David Kimmel, 69, of Rockford, Ohio, died after his 2002 Buick Rendezvous rolled over while he was travelling west on U.S. Route 33 at around 9:20 a.m. Sunday.
Officials say he went left of center and then drove off the right side of the road after he over corrected.

Kimmel was thrown from the vehicle, taken to Van Wert County Hospital and later flown to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he died.
He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
