Man ejected from car, hospitalized in I-75 rollover crash

UPDATE @ 7:04 p.m. (Sept. 20)

The driver of a car involved in a rollover crash on I-75 Tuesday is in stable condition at Kettering Medical Center, according to troopers at the scene.

Troopers said the driver was ejected from the car when they allegedly swerved to avoid something in the road, hit a guardrail and rolled off the road.

A call to CareFlight was cancelled after police and medics determined ground crews could respond sooner, according to troopers on scene.

An investigation into the crash remains ongoing, according to troopers.

Police and medics are responding to an injury crash with a possible ejection on Southbound I-75 in Miamisburg

The crash was reported around 5:44 p.m. on Southbound I-75 between Dixie Drive and Ohio 725.

Initial reports indicate a person was possibly ejected from the car.

A witness near the scene tells our newsroom a person appears to be laying in the grass on the side of the highway near the crash.
