Man found dead in Meijer parking lot

A man was found dead in the parking lot of the Meijer Store at 3911 U.S. 22/Ohio 3 (Montgomery Road), shortly before noon today, said Chief Deputy John Newsom of the sheriff’s office.

A customer noticed the man not moving and sitting in a running car in front of the store, Newsom said. Deputies checked on the suspicious scene and found the man was dead.

Newsom declined to identify the man pending an autopsy and notification of his relatives, but said he was 49-years-old. Newsom said there was no indication of foul play and he had appeared to have died from natural causes.
